I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the mental health field for 31 years and a clinical therapist for 24 years. I received my bachelor degree from The University of the Cumberlands in 1987 and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1993.
I provide counseling for multiple issues to include mental health, healthy relationships, anger management, and building coping skills. I specialize and have specific training and certifications in treating people who have experienced abuse and domestic violence. My mission is to provide clinically sound, faith-based counseling accessible to those who seek it. Integration of faith in therapy will be to the extent of the individual's interest. I work with multiple clientele and provide a trusting and nonjudgmental environment, and spirituality will not be discussed or forced on those that may not have a religious belief or have no interest in incorporating faith into their treatment process.

My name is Jacqueline. I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist in Kentucky. I have been in this field for 14 years and have a genuine passion for the work I do. While I specialize in addiction, trauma and grief, I have worked with individuals on an individual as well as group level, focusing on a variety of areas of mental health issues.
My approach is more of an eclectic approach. I do not insist on using any particular modality for each client, but rather, I like to development my approach and methods toward and around the individual needs of each specific client I serve.
I find fulfillment in being able to help those in need, to overcome obstacles they are faced with. Everyone deserves to find their place of happiness and true contentment and to be able to reach the highest level of satisfaction in themselves and where their lives are at and going. It can be difficult to see and experience when you are weighed down with all the stressors life presents.
I look forward to meeting you and being able to go on your journey with you.
Walking with people through life's difficulties and struggles is a privileged, honor, and part of my purpose in life. I commit my life to helping people find their way back to the right paths that they want to be on to live out their purpose.
Hi! My name is Lana and I have been a LCSW since 2011. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in issues of adjustment, trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis, grief, child and adolescent behaviors, and sexual abuse. I also have experience with talking with individuals with mood and personality disorders, PTSD, and issues surrounding divorce.
On a more personal level, I enjoy traveling and refer to myself as a coffee connoisseur. I also have two small dogs that think they run the world and like to introduce themselves from time to time in my sessions. I always have a plan but I believe some of life's greatest adventures are in taking the scenic route.

Mrs. Whiteside has worked in various mental health settings maintaining her unwavering focus on mothers and small children. As a perinatal psychotherapist, Mrs. Whiteside works with mothers and/or families who are struggling with perinatal mental illness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Mrs. Whiteside is currently a social work doctoral student at The University of Louisville researching the impact of perinatal mood disorders, as evidence indicates that depression and other mood disorders in parents can have a harmful impact on children, including cognitive difficulties, insecure attachment, and behavioral problems.

Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, a devout Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!

You've taken the first step! I'm Necole a licensed clinician counselor in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, and Utah. I've always desired to understand feelings, behavior and the human mind; always been driven toward solving the questions that start with why. My passion for therapy began after realizing I was helping many clients with the similar concerns related to identity confusion, limited self-awareness, and low self-confidence.
Life is pretty complex and sometimes presents us with challenges that require support and therapeutic interventions to achieve balance and overall wellness. Congratulations to you for your courage, and on your decision to seek empowerment and enhance your current emotional well-being.
If you are in need of more support for your journey don't hesitate to reach out. Even if we aren't the right fit let me send you in the right direction.
I have approximately 30 years of experience in virtually all clinical settings. I began my career working in a juvenile penitentiary (referred to as a 'youth development center) and after almost 6 years, left that setting and moved on to new opportunities. Along the way, I worked with group homes, foster homes, substance abuse treatment programs, and even provided treatment in a sexual offender treatment program. In 2004 I went solely into private practice and currently operate two offices. I also provided on-site services to businesses that suffer a death or other disruptive event; I have provided over 170 of these services in four states during the last several years. While you don't need any faith to see me, I also offer Christian Counseling. Finally, I am a US Army veteran and understand the challenges and needs of veterans.
I operate under a practical approach that seeks to build on a person's strengths to achieve realistic, measurable goals. I utilize primarily cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy to help my clients achieve their goals and to live life more fully.

Today is your "someday!" Anxiety, PTSD, and depression are some of the leading reasons people seek therapy. Anxiety, PTSD, and depression can keep people from being able to reach their best potential because they focus on what could go wrong instead of what could go right. Life experiences and circumstances inform anxiety experiences. It is so important to have healthy coping skills to deal with anxiety, PTSD, and depression, so you are not overwhelmed. I would love to help you learn healthy coping skills to effectively get through struggles you may be going through. Your "someday I will work on reducing my anxiety" can start today by booking your first therapy appointment to gain healthy coping skills.
I work with adults through individual therapy seeking support for everyday challenges such as stress, work-life balance, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, ADHD, emotional regulation. depression, anxiety, PTSD, career goal setting, communication skills, or life transitions to name a few. My approach is solution-focused and action oriented, to help you gain strategies you can begin using right away. I also accept Amazon EAP clients.
For clients who value Christian faith as part of their journey, I also offer the option to incorporate prayer and biblical wisdom into our work together.
Sessions will take place ONLY on the Grow Therapy portal.
