I created this practice with the hopes that I can help someone during their dark times and encourage them to pass the light to others. This world can be dark, but if each person can lift their light, then the world will be a brighter place. As an LPC, I have over 9 years of experience in the mental health field in several different types of mental health settings. From community mental health, crisis, inpatient psychiatric therapy, to prison-based mental health treatment, I have gained a diverse set of skills and knowledge that are utilized in my sessions.
