In our first session, I provide a brief introduction of myself, and then the client has the opportunity to discuss why they are seeking therapy. After, a treatment plan is created.

I also assist with college and graduate school stress, medical and health concerns, pain management, stress management, attention deficit disorder (ADD), sexual abuse, spirituality and life purpose, gender identity support, LGBT counseling, and grief, loss, and bereavement.
