Ready to spill? My name is Nancy John Muricken - neuroaffirming therapist (ADHD fam I see you), chai enthusiast, and your future emotional support human (if you want me to be). I offer individual therapy grounded in clinical insight, infused with millennial energy, and flavored with a touch of South Indian spice. Whether you're untangling your identity, spiraling at 3 a.m., or trying to doom-scroll your way out of an existential crisis, I got you. We’ll explore it all together.
My approach blends several therapeutic styles:
*Psychodynamic Therapy – to uncover how childhood and family dynamics still show up today (yep, we’re going there)
*CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) – to help reframe those “I’m not enough” thoughts
*Mindfulness – because sometimes we just need to breathe and not dissociate
*Culturally Sensitive, Trauma-Informed Care – to support deep insight and healing
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. We’ll laugh, cry, unpack, and grow (sometimes all in one session) You deserve a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself, mask your emotions, or code-switch your pain.I offer that space and I bring my full, authentic self into it, so you can too. If you're ready to start healing, reclaim your story, or just want to vibe-check a therapist who gets it, book a consult or reach out. And yes, we can absolutely spill the chai together. :)

Hello and Welcome!
First, I want to thank you. It took a lot for you to seek a therapist in the first place. Just admitting to yourself that you're not feeling your best is difficult, but congratulations, you've made it past your first step! Asking for help can be hard for some people, so thank you for seeing something in me that makes you more comfortable taking your next step. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that you are not alone and I will walk with you on this journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I grew up in a family of social workers which led me to the field. I grew up going to the nursing home my mom worked in as a geriatric social worker. Two of my mothers sisters were social workers and my great aunt was a therapist for delinquent teens. I have always had the instinct to help others and as I grew up I found that many people felt comfortable sharing things with me that they usually would say they never talked about. My amazement at the amount of traumatized people there were in my life turned into a fascination with the workings of the mind and body. My need to help others turned into a BSW, then an MSW, to an LCSW. Years went into study and licensing but still the subject does not bore me. I am excited to share what I have experienced and what I have learned while adapting the concepts to help others in the specific ways they need.
We are all continuously learning and growing. I am excited to learn and grow with you as we discover how we will work best in the therapeutic environment together.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Florida. I have 30 years experience in the helping profession and 7 years as a therapist. I believe that insight without action leads to stagnation and frustration. It is valuable to talk about problems and issues but without a plan of action, clients often become discouraged. Much of my work will involve helping you identify a next right step in addressing challenges.
Hi, I’m a therapist who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical to be effective. I help people sort through stress, self-doubt, relationship tension, and life transitions—with clarity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. My clients often tell me they chose me because I feel relatable and real, and because I’m not afraid to laugh with them even when things are tough.
I’m straightforward and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment, help you challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and walk alongside you as you make sense of what’s working—and what isn’t. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in real conversations, real growth, and helping you feel like yourself again (or maybe for the first time).
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or just trying to feel more grounded in your life, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, your clarity, and your sense of possibility.
You don’t have to be perfect or polished. Just bring yourself—we’ll take it from there.
I've been blessed to have wonderful professional positions throughout my career (see roderickhaferphd.com). Most recently I was Vice-Chair of the Psychiatry Department at the University of Wisconsin. I enjoy working with all client presentations and believe that the "connection" with those I treat is critical to therapy success. I think a 15 to 30 minute free consultation would be the best approach to determine "our fit" in working together.
Hi, I’m Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (licensed in Florida and Minnesota).
I work with women who are navigating life transitions and feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally off-balance. Many of the women I support aren’t in crisis—they’re adjusting to change, juggling multiple responsibilities, or noticing that the coping strategies that used to work no longer feel enough. They often come to therapy looking for clarity, validation, and practical tools to help them feel steadier and more confident in this current season of life.
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy or emotionally overwhelming to be effective. Instead, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and gain insight into what’s contributing to your stress. Together, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening emotional awareness, and finding realistic ways to reduce stress and improve day-to-day balance.
I work collaboratively with my clients and tailor therapy to fit your goals, personality, and pace. Our work is often short-term and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping you feel better equipped to handle life’s transitions within a few months rather than engaging in long-term, intensive therapy.
If you’re looking for a therapist who offers validation, gentle guidance, and practical support during a time of change, I’d be honored to support you.
Hi, I’m Kenisha! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s ups and downs. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel understood and empowered to make the changes you want for your life.
Hello, My name is Najja Cummings. I have been providing psychotherapy for 5 years. I have worked in a multitude of settings with diverse populations. I have worked in community agency, child welfare, jails, private practice, hospice, etc. I have worked with athletes (collegiate and high school). I have worked with a diverse range of diagnoses from your basic adjustment disorders to your more severe such as schizophrenia. I am committed to aiding individuals in their quest to better deal with life stressors and getting a grasp of their mental health. I would love the opportunity to be able to assist on your journey of self-improvement.
Seeking strength, understanding, and a path forward? I'm not your typical therapist. I've walked the walk that you have, not just once, but twice. As a former Marine and law enforcement officer, I know firsthand the pressures, traumas, and unique challenges faced by those in service and beyond. Now, I leverage my experience and clinical expertise to guide individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and the invisible wounds of trauma.
I’m a dedicated mental health professional and the founder of Infinite Wellness and Recovery, where I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to support healing and personal growth. I specialize in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, and Imago Therapy for couples, helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
