In our first session together, we we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges that you are facing.
My biggest strengths are helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, parenting issues, trauma, relationship and family issues, establishing boundaries, and increasing self esteem/confidence.

I was lead to choosing this provider based on great reviews as well as she looked like me. She was professional yet warm. She made me feel comfortable to open up . She offered valid solutions to assist me in improving my mental health. Highly recommend.

I have been going through lots of mental and physical changes. It feels so good to have a provider who understands and is welcoming and encouraging to my needs. I can not see myself going through this journey without her guidance.

I like how she asked questions and allowed me to be open without trying to answer for me if that names sense. She allowed me to get things out as well as ask me questions to understand my wants and needs for counseling. I didn’t feel weird talking to her and I’m usually not a person that opens up to anyway but I felt very comfortable talking to her. I am looking forward to our next session.
