In our first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking treatment as well as your goals, we will begin to tailor a treatment plan to best meet your goals . It will also be an opportunity to start establishing rapport and discuss next steps as it pertains to future appointments. This will also be the time to ask any questions you might have.
