I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing services to clients for nearly 10 years. I make it my goal to provide the best possible treatment to everyone regardless of their situation, background, or ideals. I pride myself in providing clients with a nonjudgmental space where they can explore their most intimate life details, thoughts, and behaviors. Treatment does not work if you do not have trust in your therapist.
In our first session, I will spend time getting to know you and answering any questions you may have about treatment. We will explore your goals, and I will tailor my treatment to your needs.
As a provider, my greatest strength is my ability to remain nonjudgmental and empathic while still being relatable. I am still just a person who wants the best for you!

I use psychoeducation to help you understand the issues you may be having and how they impact your mood and behaviors. Clients have found it helpful to understand themselves while learning the tools to make changes.
