I am a certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience providing mental health care across the lifespan. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in psychiatric and mental health. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful improvement in their mental wellness. I focus on identifying solutions tailored to each person’s unique needs, fostering a collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationship. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric treatment with holistic tools aimed at restoring balance, promoting resilience, and supporting long-term mental health.
