If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, struggling to stay focused, or frustrated with not being able to complete tasks, you’re not alone. Many of my patients come to me feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure why things feel harder than they should. I specialize in helping adults with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout regain clarity, focus, and balance. Whether you're navigating professional stress, concentrating difficulty, or feeling mentally exhausted, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you move forward. My approach is holistic and collaborative—I take the time to understand your unique experiences and tailor treatment, including medication management when appropriate, to help you function at your best. With over 17 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan. I am currently accepting new patients in Texas and Arizona via telehealth. If you’re ready to feel more in control and support, I’d love to work with you
🌿 Our First Session During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I know starting mental health care can feel overwhelming, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll begin by talking about what brings you in—your current concerns, symptoms, and any challenges you’re facing with focus, mood, stress, or daily functioning. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, including your mental health background, lifestyle, and goals for treatment. This session is also an opportunity for you to share what you’ve been experiencing in your own words—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we will: Clarify your main concerns and priorities Explore patterns affecting your daily life (focus, anxiety, mood, etc.) Begin developing a personalized treatment plan Discuss whether medication, therapy strategies, or both may be helpful If appropriate, we may also talk about initial treatment options, including medication, and next steps moving forward. Most importantly, this session is about building trust and collaboration. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and a plan to begin moving forward.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to combine clinical expertise with genuine compassion, creating a space where patients feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach, focusing not only on symptoms but on the whole person—your lifestyle, stressors, goals, and overall well-being. I specialize in helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to function at their full potential, particularly those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout. Many of my patients come to me feeling frustrated with difficulty focusing, completing tasks, or managing daily responsibilities, and together, we develop practical, personalized strategies that lead to meaningful improvements in both functioning and quality of life. What sets my approach apart is my focus on: Collaboration – I work with you, not just treat you Clarity and education – Helping you understand your symptoms and treatment options Real-life results – Improving focus, productivity, emotional balance, and daily functioning With over 17 years of experience in mental health, I bring a depth of knowledge while maintaining a warm, non-judgmental, and approachable style. My goal is to help you feel more in control, confident, and empowered in your day-to-day life—not just during sessions, but long-term.
I work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or struggling to keep up with the demands of daily life. Many of my clients are high-functioning but find themselves dealing with persistent anxiety, low mood, stress, or difficulty maintaining balance, even though they are motivated to improve. They may be navigating challenges such as: Anxiety or excessive worry Depression or low motivation Burnout from work, caregiving, or life transitions Difficulty managing stress and maintaining emotional balance Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward My ideal client is someone who is open to support, insight, and change, and is looking for a provider who will listen, understand, and offer clear guidance and personalized treatment. I provide a collaborative, compassionate approach that helps clients better understand their symptoms, improve daily functioning, and feel more in control of their mental health. Together, we focus on creating practical, sustainable improvements so you can feel more stable, balanced, and confident in your everyday life.

He is the best mental health clinician I have had in 40 years. He performed the most comprehensive and holistic mental health evaluation I have ever had. I could tell immediately that he is very intelligent and knowledgeable. He has a great personality, very open to my input, and gave full and clear explanations about my treatment plan. He is the best! Highly recommend.
