Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for more than 15 years. I help adults and young adults struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, grief , trauma and other issues to become the best version of themselves. I provide individual therapy services via telehealth and received most insurances.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-Up sessions.
Having worked with adults and young adults for the past 15 years, I've developed an approach and therapeutic skill set to helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with adults and young adults going through difficult times. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and stressed about copying with certain situations in life.
