Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for more than 15 years. I help adults and young adults struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, grief , trauma and other issues to become the best version of themselves. I provide individual therapy services via telehealth and received most insurances.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-Up sessions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with adults and young adults going through difficult times. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and stressed about copying with certain situations in life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been using a CBT as one of my main approaches to therapy and it has been incredible to see my clients improving!

I chose Maria after reading the resumes of quite a few providers on the Grow Therapy website. Maria was a perfect fit from the very start and has been extremely genuine, understanding, supportive and supportive with me.
