Choosing the right practitioner is an important decision, and to ensure a good fit, all prospective clients are REQUIRED to complete a 15-minute consultation. Please select any available time to request a consultation. Once we have connected, we will schedule the phone consultation. If we determine that we are a good fit to work together, we can then proceed with the intake consultation. I accept new clients on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual goals and scheduling availability. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I use integrative therapy to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—by combining evidence-based treatments with holistic approaches. I tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs, incorporating traditional methods like medication management and psychotherapy alongside complementary strategies such as mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction techniques. It was by chance but I felt like I had found the right doctor finally and i couldn’t be happier. I still have a lot to work on but I have hope again and that’s what she gave me. That’s been the most promising thing is to actually have hope again..
