I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensed in Minnesota with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. During our first session together, we will discuss the therapy process, discuss what brings you to treatment today, and set some goals that we can work together on.
I draw from a range of proven modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Solution-Focused Therapy, to foster clarity and momentum toward meaningful goals, and Motivational Interviewing to support self-awareness and motivation for change. The clients set the agenda and we work together towards your goals.
My ideal client is an individual who is ready to make some changes in their life and is willing to explore together in a safe environment.
