Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. Life may seem a little bit more challenging for you lately, but I’m here to support you while navigating new and difficult life stressors. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost a decade of social service experience. I provide individual therapy to adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, and more. I am an advocate for individuals utilizing mental health services to promote self-discovery and healing.
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, and then dive into why you’re interested in therapy. Together, we will then develop a plan for moving forward.
My greatest strength is my ability to connect with my clients from all walks of life and create a safe and comforting environment for them.
I love working with young adults who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about what’s next for them.
