I am passionate about mental health support and committed to providing compassionate, holistic, evidenced-based care using eastern and western wellness approaches. I believe in educating and empowering clients on health and wellness practices that meet there individual needs to thrive in life.
First session
The first session clients should expect to do the majority of the talking to help me get to know them as a person and the challenges they face. I will ask questions to get an understanding of the clients psychiatric history and needs. At the end of the session I will give some recommendations and together we can discuss treatment options and adjust where needed. I practice patient centered care so this is a collaborative process.

Having worked in various areas of the Healthcare system for 16 yrs, I've developed a skill set for helping folks identify the root cause of challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
