First session
We will get to know one another in our first session in a relaxed way with no pressures or expectations. We will start to identify goals and look at ways to make steps and strides toward them in a reasonable and sustainable way.

This person-centered/ strength base approach has been successful in helping clients identify their strengths which they have been able to use to reach their goals.
Ideal clients
I accept Mental Health only clients as well as those with Dual Diagnosis. Most often I explore with my clients to find the destructive elements in their lives. Together we then form a practice that becomes constructive and effective for the desired changes.
