Welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut. I earned my Master’s degree from University of Saint Joseph. I have been practicing for several years while working in a variety of settings with clients of different ages and backgrounds. I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate life transitions, cope with illness, and build resilience during challenging times.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe, comfortable space for you to share your story. I’ll ask questions to understand your current challenges, what’s most important to you, and what goals you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll begin identifying your strengths and discussing how I can best support you. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer idea of our plan moving forward and feel reassured that you’re not facing these challenges alone.
As someone that has worked with individuals and families navigating challenging times, I've developed strong skills in being able to recognize and pull out strengths that clients might not see in themselves. With this recognition, we're able to work on building on the skills you already have and cultivating new ones to support you on your journey.
I am best positioned to serve individuals and families navigating significant life transitions, such as adjusting to chronic illness, coping with caregiving responsibilities, or navigating life changes. I also work well with clients experiencing stress, grief, or uncertainty, helping them build resilience, identify their strengths, and create a path forward that aligns with their values and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.

I’ve used Motivational Interviewing to support people who feel unsure about making changes. It’s like having a conversation where I listen closely, help you uncover what’s important to you, and guide you in taking small, meaningful steps toward your goals. It’s not about being told what to do—it’s about discovering your own path with gentle encouragement and support.
I’ve used Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help people identify their strengths and focus on solutions rather than problems. It’s a conversation that highlights what’s working in your life and builds on those successes to create positive change while also exploring new skills and tools to support your journey. Together, we set clear, achievable goals and explore practical steps to move toward them, always emphasizing your abilities and resources to create your own path forward.
