Hello and welcome- It is not easy to finally decide that you might like some help from a professional. This is a difficult step, so good for you for taking it. Many of us have anxiety and/or depression or have difficulty navigating life transitions.

I have had extensive experience working with clients who are experiencing substance use, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and have or are experiencing domestic violence.

We may have been struggling with anxiety and depression for a long time. We might have difficulties maneuvering loss and new transitions. We may have feelings of anger and fear. I am here to help you explore all of your thoughts and feelings. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has practiced for over 30 years working with clients with a variety of concerns. I have had extensive experience working with clients who are experiencing substance use, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and have or are experiencing domestic violence. During my career, I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups in diverse settings ranging from outpatient clinics, medical settings, nonprofit agencies, and the foster care system. I was an instructor at San Diego State University and University of Phoenix for many years and I have supervisory and administrator experience.
