I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 17 years of experience. I have worked in all levels of care and recently served as Clinical Director for a large adolescent residential facility. I treat individuals, couples and families. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma and personality disorders. I utilize CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, attachment based family therapy and emotionally focused couples therapy.
In our first session we will get to know each other and see if we will be a good fit. Therapy isn't a one size fits all.
I am very direct in my approach. I don't shy away from having difficult conversations and pointing out maladaptive behaviors. My job is to help you gain new perspective and make positive changes in your life. I am trained in CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, emotionally focused couples therapy and attachment based family therapy. I pull from models depending on your unique needs.

For families and couples I specialize in navigating developmental phases, relational ruptures, divorce and providing psycho education/coaching for families supporting a member going through a mental health crisis.
