I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Virginia and Washington D.C. with over 20+ years of experience working with people experiencing depression, self-esteem, severe mental illness, trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I've also conducted structural family therapy, couples therapy, child therapy, and worked with individuals experiencing separation and loss, and parenting problems.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My approach combines client-centered therapy, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. We will also work together to identify your strengths and help to find ways to use them to help create what you want and need in life. Within the therapeutic relationship, we will work to develop goals to support your individual needs and move towards change.
