Working with adults, children, preteens, adolescents and their families in various settings, community, residential and school settings (elementary, middle, and high school). In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, to determine what the client wants out of their session. It is important for the client and the therapist to make sure they are a "good fit." The therapist will discuss specific challenges the client is facing in life. This will help the therapist to create an individual treatment plan to work through in follow-up sessions.

Victoria caught my eye because she specialized in certain areas I was wanting to improve - grief, coping skills, and family issues. She is very warm and genuine while also having a direct approach where she doesn’t want to waste any time in helping you. She asks challenging questions that make you think deeply. As someone who hasn’t been to therapy in over a decade, I am grateful I found her and think this will be a huge help in my self improvement journey.
