Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, to determine what the client wants out of their session. It is important for the client and the therapist to make sure they are a "good fit." The therapist will discuss specific challenges the client is facing in life. This will help the therapist to create an individual treatment plan to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Parent/Child Relationship, Preteen/Adolescent problems, Personal Adjustment Issues, Anger management, Anxiety Disorder, Self-esteem, Grief, Depression, Relationship Issues and Family Therapy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who desire to change and seek out help to work through their struggles. The therapist cannot do no more than the client is willing to do for themselves.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive- Behavioral therapy is very helpful for clients. In order to gain insight, one must first identify how they think concerning the matter before you can change an approach to help resolve and heighten one's own awareness.
