I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in New Jersey. I received my Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) at University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey, Master's in Nursing at Walden university and Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Walden University. My goal is to provide individualized and client-focused care utilizing a psychosocial and holistic approach to improve my client's condition. I am compassionate, personable, empathetic and very patient. I will work with each individual patient to help them reach their goal. I am passionate about what I am doing and want to see everybody at their best. My goal after initial assessment is to work with the client to develop a course of action to get better with combination of therapy, a treatment plan, and medication (if applicable). I take pride in providing my clients with the assistance they need to turn their outlook in life around for the better. To give hope to the ones who have felt hopeless.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My goal after initial assessment is to work with the client to develop a course of action to get better with combination of therapy, a treatment plan, and medication (if applicable)

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients who have struggled various mental health issues, and with background in mental health, I work with my clients and treat them as human beings, not just clients. treat them with dignity. Psychiatry is dear to my heart and I enjoy advocating for mental health care. The mind, body and soul make wellness and health, so without the proper mental health treatment, holistic care is incomplete. As a humble, compassionate and caring nurse, I strive to help and take care of those going through mental health disorders to maintain a healthy quality of life.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults (18-24), Adults (25-64), seniors (65+), suffering from: Anxiety disorder, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Mood disorder, ADHD, OCD, I pride myself in treating my patients as individuals and not as a case. I strongly believe that wellness and rehabilitation is a team effort between all parties involved. I value and seek to understand my patient's needs as we can develop a working relationship based on trust, mutual respect and honesty. My goal is to stay updated and provide evidence based mental health care services, for the patients and their families and for optimal rehabilitation and recovery. I believe that strong mental health is a huge portion of overall wellness and good health. I enjoy participating in the treatment of mental health conditions and assisting clients in going back to their optimal health. The core focus of our care is patient.
