If you can change the way you think you can change the way you feel. I want to assist you in feeling better again by talking through a difficult time in your life. I would like to assist in your becoming present and in the moment as we work toward creating the changes you want to see. Most of my clients see results within a few weeks. I’ve been trained in various types of therapy so I use different approaches to assist you in improving your life. I hope that by allowing me to join in your journey, we can meet your vision of a new and improved you or relationship.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. Together we will develop a goal and tailor a plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

I feel my biggest strength is in building a therapeutic relationship. I love getting to know and help people. It's the reason I chose this profession. I believe that through being transparent and my authentic self with a person we can start to build a strong therapeutic alliance.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am particularly focused in assisting client in processing trauma and significant emotional events and I am certified in cognitive processing therapy. I am also trained in relationship therapy and I produce excellent results with Gottman Method of Couples Therapy certified Level 2 of 4 Levels
