I felt incredibly safe and welcoming to a judge-free zone where I can freely speak and express my heartfelt issues.
When appropriate, I incorporate spiritual concepts in alignment with the client’s comfort, beliefs, and preferences.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients identify and challenge distorted thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Through this process, clients can develop practical coping skills, promote personal growth, and reduce future episodes of anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges.
