What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first counseling session, you’ll be greeted warmly and introduced to how the process works. I will explain confidentiality to ensure you feel safe. You’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to achieve. I will outline my approach and cover practical details like scheduling. Finally, you’ll have a chance to ask questions and share any concerns. The session is about starting to build trust and setting a foundation for our work together

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

-One of the my greatest strengths in my ability to create a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship. This means genuinely understanding and validating your experiences, providing a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and fostering a collaborative approach to healing and growth. This empathetic connection will help you feel valued and understood, which is crucial for effective therapy, positive outcomes, growth and healing.
