A passionate therapist with a goal of creating a safe and healing environment for individuals to create positive outlets. I make it a mission to prioritize mental health and inclusion within the community. Taking the time to truly understand each client and dive deep into the presenting problems. Individualize each treatment plan and interventions to fit the specific client and their style.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session for the client will be client centered giving you the floor to express needs, feelings, and begin to get an understanding of the presenting problem. Main focus on rapport building.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With my own experiences I know what it feels like to be unheard, so my goal is that every individual feels heard and has access to treatment that allows for healing. I have the capability to create a safe space, be compassionate, and strong listening to truly understand each client. I have several styles that can tailor to different ages and clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My therapeutic practice is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and evidence-based environment for individuals navigating the complexities of the human experience. I offer a balanced approach that honors a client’s past while providing practical tools for their future. My experience spans the clinical spectrum, from supporting individuals through daily anxiety and life transitions to providing stabilization during acute crisis states. Specialized Support Across the Lifespan For my youngest clients, I specialize in helping children who struggle with "big emotions" and behavioral challenges. I create a nurturing space where children can learn to identify their feelings and develop the regulation skills necessary for healthy development. Similarly, I support teenagers through the often-turbulent years of identity formation, addressing self-esteem issues and the unique pressures associated with social and academic transitions. In my work with adults, I focus on the intricacies of relationship dynamics, life crises, and the management of stress, depression, and anxiety. Whether a client is facing a sudden life shift or seeking to break long-standing cycles of negative thinking, my goal is to foster resilience and self-advocacy. A Collaborative Framework for Change I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership. My approach is rooted in the following core values: *Empowerment: Shifting the narrative from "What is wrong?" to "What happened?", ensuring every client feels seen and validated. *Skill-Building: Using CBT to identify and restructure unhelpful thought patterns, giving clients a tangible toolkit for emotional mastery. *Safety & Trust: Maintaining a predictable, transparent, and compassionate environment where healing can occur at the client’s own pace. By viewing each individual through a lens of strength and potential, I help clients move from a state of survival to one of thriving, ensuring they feel equipped to navigate life’s challenges with newfound clarity and confidence.
