My goal is to help my clients find joy, happiness and peace no matter what they are experiencing or have experienced in their lives. I work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, transition and change and those with feelings of low self worth, lack of confidence, loneliness, confusion and despair. You will not always feel the way you do today and there is light in the darkness. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.

During our first session I hope to put you at ease in sharing your presenting concern and asking questions to help with your treatment plan.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I mainly employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I focus on the narratives in your head that are not servicing you well and interfering with your potential for happiness and fulfillment. I am currently being trained in EMDR.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe I have great capacity for compassion and understanding. I will gently assist you in finding the necessary clarity, strength and confidence to take charge of your life and guide you in the direction of your hopes and dreams.

I am particularly focused on those suffering from depression, anxiety, experiencing grief and loss, and working through life changes and relationship issues. I have experience with ADHD.
