As a licensed therapist in Minnesota, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional issues. My approach centers on compassionate counseling that honors each person's unique journey. I have extensive experience helping clients work through depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with a focus on healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. I have over 13 years of experience and really enjoy heplinig in crisis and just navigating their world.
The first session will be an assessment and getting to know you session. Clients can expect am empathetic listener with their best interests in mind. We will also go over goals for therapy and will meet your needs.
