Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2006. I received my Masters Degree from Columbia University and my Bachelors Degree from the Univeristy of Rhode Island. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist, a perinatal mental health specialist, as well as a certified health coach.
I have 18 years of experience with helping people identify blocking beliefs that keep them stuck and getting them "unstuck", allowing them to move forward with clarity.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for anxiety and depression, grief counseling, parenting support, addressing boundary discomfort, work and career issues, stress management, emotional barriers to physical health and more.
First session
In our first session we will spend time getting to know one another and then we will identify and discuss the issues that bring you to therapy. I will give feedback and provide a flexible plan to work towards resolution. My goal is to help you experience symptom relief following our first session.

I specialize in perinatal mental health and enjoying treating issues parents struggle with before, during and after the birth of their child. I also work with adults with various mood related issues and complex family dynamics, to develop healthy coping skills and boundaries.
