New to Grow
I take an eclectic, flexible approach to therapy because I believe that no single method fits everyone. I see each client as a whole person with inherent strengths, and I work collaboratively to understand your needs, clarify your goals, and support your growth. My focus is on helping you build practical coping skills, deepen self‑understanding, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life—at a pace that feels right for you.
In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what led you to seek therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I’ll complete an assessment that helps us identify your needs, clarify your goals, and determine whether we’re a good match to work together. You’ll be able to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and decide if this feels like the right therapeutic relationship for you. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where we can begin building a plan that truly fits your life.
I excel at helping clients feel safe, valued, and truly listened to. I bring a strengths‑based approach that highlights the resilience you already possess, while also providing the kind of supportive challenge that encourages growth. My goal is to help you feel both comforted and empowered as we work together to build coping skills and move toward the changes you want in your life.
I work with adults who are ready to deepen their self‑understanding and build healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. I have extensive experience supporting women ages 25–65 and especially enjoy helping them navigate stress, transitions, and emotional growth. I also welcome men and people of all genders who are seeking a grounded, compassionate space to explore their emotional wellbeing. My ideal clients are navigating anxiety, depression, or the ongoing stressors of daily life and want to develop skills that help them feel more balanced, capable, and connected. I meet clients exactly where they are—no pressure, no judgment—and work collaboratively to identify the goals that matter most to them. Whether someone is hoping to manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, or simply feel more like themselves again, I’m here to walk alongside them as they create meaningful, lasting change.
