What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start builiding that connection thru empathetic listening. We will briefly touch on whatever you feel comfortable bringing up but I want my presence to be a safe zone. I will get to know you and meet you where you are. Step by step, all we need to do is take one step.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my ability to empathetically connect with my client is my greatest strength. I can make a client feel understood, validated and ready to make a change. One of my greatest strengths is my experience working with a variety of clients of all ages , cultures and backgrounds.
