Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut and also licensed in New York. I received my Masters from Fordham University and have been practicing for over 15 years. I am a Clinician that is truly invested in serving people at different stages of development. I help children manage and understand big emotions.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
My greatest strength is that I have been successful in creating a safe space for many that is void of judgement. I also am skilled at recognizing your strengths and able to point out where you get in your way with honesty and compassion.
Ideal clients
I am best equipped to serve people who are ready to engage in therapy and commit to working on the the things they've identified outside of our sessions. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They realize something isn't working and something needs to change.
