I’m an LMFT and LPCC specializing in depression and anxiety. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. In therapy, I help clients slow down, feel understood, and make sense of their emotional and nervous system responses. My approach supports steady, compassionate change that feels manageable, supportive, and grounded rather than rushed or overwhelming

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my focus is on helping you feel safe, grounded, and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you’re hoping for at your pace. There’s no pressure to share everything at once or have the “right” words. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, patterns, and current stressors, while also paying attention to how things show up emotionally and in your body. Together, we’ll begin identifying what feels most important to focus on and what support might be most helpful moving forward. You can expect a calm, respectful space where we slow things down, clarify what’s happening beneath the surface, and start building a foundation for meaningful, sustainable change.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

Depending on your presenting problem, treatment methods of Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) will be utilized. PCT: helps to facilitate personal growth and development, eliminate, or mitigate feelings of distress, increase self-esteem and openness to experience and enhance the understanding of thyself. CBT: faulty thoughts are identified, challenged, and replaced with more objective, realistic thoughts resulting to reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety. DBT: teaches people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, and regulate emotions. SFBT: is goal-directed and focuses on building solutions, rather than solving problems.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a grounded, supportive space where clients feel seen without being rushed or pushed. I’m skilled at helping clients make sense of depression and anxiety by connecting emotions, patterns, and nervous-system responses. My approach balances insight with practicality, helping clients gain clarity while learning tools they can actually use. Clients often share that therapy feels calming, validating, and structured in a way that helps them feel more steady and hopeful over time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to work with teens and adults experiencing depression and anxiety, especially those who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. Many of my ideal clients are high-functioning, thoughtful, and self-aware, yet struggling internally. They may be navigating burnout, life transitions, or long standing emotional patterns and are looking for therapy that feels supportive, steady, and meaningful not rushed or surface level. I work well with clients who want to better understand themselves and move toward lasting change at a manageable pace.
