First session
My first session I like to take time to get to know you and give you an opportunity to know me. Imagine running into me somewhere in the world and we struck up a conversation. The first session can be intimidating, especially if it's a new process for you. My goal the first session is to build relationship and make you as comfortable as possible.

I feel my greatest strengths is my ability to give insight and feedback; help you see things from multiple perspectives. I will not be afraid to challenge you, but I will do so in a nice and respectful way. I also feel my transparency is a strength of mine

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy
I am a big believer in what you think and believe influences your behavior and actions. I like to work with clients and help them see things from differences perspectives and lenses and create a new way of thinking.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I believe goals are the vehicles to get us to our destination. Goals give us direction and purpose which is a huge part of this modality of therapy.
Couples Counseling
I have been working in couples counseling since I began my career. I was heavily trained in family systems which gave me a desire to work with couples.
