Hello I am Regina a PMHNP, , I support adults who are ready for real change but feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my focus is simply to understand you, your concerns, your history, and what you want from care. We’ll talk at a comfortable pace about your symptoms, routines, stressors, and anything you feel is important to share. There’s no pressure to open up more than you’re ready for. I’ll also explain my approach, answer your questions, and discuss whether medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination might help. If medication is considered, I’ll review options clearly and conservatively. By the end, you’ll know our next steps and leave feeling heard, supported, and grounded.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to truly see people, beyond symptoms, diagnoses, or surface level presentations. I listen deeply, notice what isn’t being said, and create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, even when things are messy or hard to articulate. I bring a calm, grounded presence that helps clients slow down and breathe, while also offering clear guidance and practical strategies. I balance empathy with clinical insight, allowing me to understand both the emotional and medical sides of what you’re experiencing. My strength is meeting you exactly where you are, and helping you move forward.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who are ready to stop surviving and start feeling like themselves again. Many are high-functioning professionals, caregivers, students, and entrepreneurs who carry a lot while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, PTSD, or mood instability. They’re often the dependable ones who rarely have a space to be supported themselves. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds who want a provider who listens, collaborates, and respects their lived experiences. My ideal clients value honesty, clarity, and whole-person care. They’re not seeking quick fixes, they’re looking for understanding, balance, and a safe place to begin real, sustainable change.
