I meet clients 'where they are' in order to establish trust, foster self awareness, curiosity, and the desire to grow.
Couples Counseling
When working with couples specifically, I work to disarm each partner so that they can learn to actively listen, connect, fight fair, and take accountability.
Gottman method
I incorporate this unique approach to assist couples with areas of compromise, repair after hurt, and unlearning unhealthy coping mechanisms when it comes to conflict.
