Hello, I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of South Florida and have been practicing social work for over nine years. I also have 8 years of experience working in the medical field. I specialize in working with adults of all ages through their mental health journey and navigating the ups and downs of everyday life.
During our first session, we will start with brief introductions. From there I'd love to hear what brought you to seeking therapy, what you'd like to work on and what your goals are. If you feel you cannot yet answer these questions, that's ok. We will find the answers together.
Having worked with adults in all stages of life and going through a multitude of tribulations, my approach is to simply meet you where you are. I focus on individual strengths and creating a non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts and emotions. I provide each client with a tailored therapeutic strategy that is just for you.
Finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. I am here to help put your mind at ease and make this process as simple as possible. I love working with adults of all ages. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health struggles. My clients have had great success with this treatment method as we have worked together in rethinking unhelpful trains of thought, discovered new patterns of behavior and better coping skills to help them manage and overcome psychological issues and general struggles in life. I also use a number of other treatment methods and cater my approach to meeting each individual wherever they are in life and in their mental state.
