I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and adults experiencing acute emotional distress or psychiatric episodes. I also understand the Latinx and first-generation experience. I grew up learning the power of strength and resilience, but also how easily we forget to care for ourselves. That's part of what inspired me to become a therapist. I understand that you are carrying a lot, sometimes from past generations. It's okay to reach out for help. I can help you navigate through generational trauma, cultural identity struggles, and the internal tension between honoring family sacrifices and pursuing personal independence. I can also help you navigate life transitions, grief and loss, and family conflict. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I offer a warm, collaborative space for you to seek deeper understanding and meaningful change. Healing happens in connection with others, and together we can cultivate the path toward growth, resilience, and wholeness. Healing is not only possible, but it's also a brave and powerful thing to do.

I can help individuals who are caring for relatives in foster care, grandparents raising their grandchildren, parents caring for a child with a disability or medical condition, individuals facing infertility issues and considering adoption, individuals going through life transitions, immigration process, facing deportation, experiencing grief and loss, self-esteem issues, family conflicts, and generational trauma. I can also work with individuals whose preferred language is Spanish.
