Travis Steinebach
My name is Travis. I am an LCSW with a 15 year background in treating depression, anxiety and depression for children and adults. I have my masters degree from University of Charlotte. If you are reading this, you may very well be suffering and in need of support to live your life with less depression and more joy, less self doubt and greater confidence.
My greatest strength as a provider is the ability to relate to individuals going through difficult times in their lives with empathy and a unique take on what may help to overcome obstacles that maybe holding you back.
My Hobbies include golf and crossfit. If you are seeking services you are already moving in the right direction and I am here to help.

You can expect to take away a better sense of self as well as to begin to identify goals and strategies to achieve them. this could include gaining the knowledge and courage to begin to make needed changes in your life.

i use a cognitive behavioral approach in order to get to know you as a person and to assist in developing achievable, reachable goals. My specialties include depression, anxiety, and trauma.
