First session
I let the client set the goals and expectations in the first session and decide where the sessions go from there. I find it important to build rapport with my clients in a judgement fee space. If you would like to set up an intake appointment, please reach out to me to set one up. Thank you.
Strengths
Therapy is about establishing a positive relationship with the client in order to work effectively with him/her. I will meet you where you are. I will work with you on your goals during our sessions and help you improve yourself and work at your pace.
Ideal clients
I work with clients who want to improve themselves, or those who are stuck and need some guidance. I have experience working with clients with anxiety and anger issues. We all face challenges and I would love to help you through those challenges, whether they are long term or short term. I work with clients who have anxiety, trauma, depression, and anger. I have experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy that can help clients process trauma quickly, along with a variety of issues such as codependency, anxiety, abuse, depression, and phobias.
