17 minutes late to our meeting, terrible connection on her end to the point where I had to repeat all my answers multiple times. Even when she could hear me I had to repeat information, she’s generally bad at listening.

Donna was helpful and compassionate. She was prepared for the call with a good structure and tips, she listened well and didn’t judge although I was a bit emotional and lol over the place. Thank you!
