Hi, I am a Family Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have 12+ years as a Nurse Practitioner, including 5 years in an inpatient mental health setting. PMHNP certified in 2023. My goal is to assist children, young and older adults struggling with life stressors, burnout, grief and feeling alone due to life’s struggles in order to become the best versions of themselves and Medication Management.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then approach your specific challenges and if medication management needs are apparent. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The experiences I have gained over my career has given me the ability to not only actively listen, but to create a supportive environment to meet your medication management needs while assessing the effectiveness in order to facilitate improvement of symptoms.

I enjoy working with all ages. Encouraging my clients through self-realization, empowerment in setting and achieving short-term goals in their journey to long-term goal achievement. I hope to assist my clients in alleviating the overwhelmed and anxious feelings in their day to day struggles.
