My name is Kendra and I graduated from Liberty University in 2013 with a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental/behavioral health field. My specialties include stress management, family systems, and life transitions. I can assist with managing your current stress or anxiety. I have worked with couples on pre-martial counseling, conflict resolution, and/or increasing effective communication. I utilize theories such as Gottman and attachment styles to tailor my sessions.
I identify as a Christian and willing to use scripture and Bible-based theory in sessions upon request.
