Hi! I have been in the field helping individuals, couples and families for 13 years from all walks of life and range of socioeconomical status. During the years of experience, I have found great joy in providing a safe landing spot for those ready to unpack their past traumas, navigate their current stressors and challenges, learn new strategies for coping and finding a greater meaning to their lives. To see the transformation of many individuals who felt broken to become and grow into a stronger sense of self with optimism for their future has been what drives me in my career of serving others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will go over what to expect from therapy, my theoretical approach to healing. We will then move into a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment that will be used as a tool to guide the focus of treatment that will include your goals and hopes to obtain from out time together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

During our time, you will both be supported and challenged, laugh and cry, learn and reflect.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

An ideal client will be eager to grow, motivated for change and seeking support in navigating the steps just unsure how and what those steps are. Someone who is willing to try some new ways of thinking and behaving that can feel uncertain and uncomfortable. When a client is ready for change, they are open to learn, challenge thoughts and have the courage to be vulnerable in the unknown, regardless of the struggle or chief complaint.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

When we can look at how our core beliefs and automatic thoughts impact our mood and how we navigate relationships, we can begin to create new ways of thinking, interrupting those unhelpful thoughts and rewrite a new life.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Once we can understand how our core beliefs are shaped we can be challenged to process previous stressors and traumatic events and meaning in our lives.

Strength-Based

We all have the answers and strength we are looking for already within, we just need support to expand the capacity in accessing that strength with clarity
