New to Grow
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, and difficult transitions. I have experience working with families in crisis and those going through the reunification process, bringing a strong understanding of family dynamics and resilience to my counseling. I also work closely with individuals and families coping with grief and loss, helping them heal and find ways to move forward. Clients who work with me benefit from a caring and skilled approach, focused on helping you manage your emotions and build coping skills. With me, you can expect a supportive and understanding space dedicated to your growth, healing, and well-being.
In your first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to counseling. I will ask about your current challenges, goals, and any important background information to better understand your situation. This will provide a supportive space where you can share at your own pace. Together, we can begin to explore ways to help you manage your feelings and start working toward positive change.
What sets my therapeutic approach apart is my commitment to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and understood. I combine a strong understanding of family dynamics and resilience with practical strategies to help manage depression, anxiety, grief, and life’s challenges. By tailoring my methods to each person’s unique needs, I help clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and find a renewed sense of purpose and hope. Together, we can work toward meaningful growth and positive changes.
I look forward to working with clients seeking to better understand how their past experiences influence their current behavior and relationships, while also wanting to build a better sense of purpose and belonging. I value working collaboratively to provide support while providing a non-judgmental environment where individuals can openly explore their feelings and work toward greater self-acceptance. I look forward to working with clients that desire to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, learning practical skills to manage stress and improve their overall well-being. By providing these approaches will help to support personal growth, healthier connections, and improved emotional health.
