Hello! I am a licensed therapist in Delaware. I received my undergrad and graduate degrees from Wilmington University. I have over 10 years of clinical experience. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience with crisis-intervention, parent/child conflict and strengthening coping strategies. I have worked in outpatient counseling, crisis services, inpatient psychiatric hospital and clinical supervising at a detox facility.
Clients can expect to feel at ease after getting familiar with my therapy style and flexibility in sessions.

I enjoy working with ages 10 and up. I wro best with client's who show up with an open mind and ready to partner with me for their healing.
I use a combination of CBT and an eclectic approach which incorporates other theories.

Great therapist! I like how she shared her background and didn't just jump in and ask me to tell me why I am seeking therapy. I really like how she lead and broke the ice and then she asked about me. She is very repectful and a great listener!
