First session
In our first session we will discuss the therapeutic process, confidentiality, and the challenges you are currently facing. This discussion will help create the treatment goals that we will work through in follow-up sessions.

My ideal client is someone who is open to exploring themselves, willing to reflect on their experiences, and motivated to make positive changes in their life. I enjoy working with clients who may be facing challenges, but who also want to understand themselves better and develop practical tool to move forward. I believe every client is different, so I try to meet people where they are in their journey providing a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space.
