I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, collaborative medication management for adults and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
I take a personalized approach to care, helping you better understand your symptoms while creating a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle, goals, and comfort level, to help you feel more balanced, focused, and in control.
First session
Our first session is a comprehensive yet relaxed evaluation where we’ll take time to understand your symptoms, history, and what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but it’s also a space for you to share openly at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, discussing potential diagnoses, and exploring treatment options, including whether medication may be helpful. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clear direction for next steps.
Strengths
My greatest strengths are my ability to create a warm, non-judgmental space while also providing clear, structured guidance. I balance clinical expertise with a down-to-earth approach, helping clients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care. I’m especially skilled at working with individuals who feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start, breaking things down into manageable steps and creating realistic, sustainable treatment plans.
Ideal clients
I work best with adults and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions who are seeking clarity, structure, and symptom relief. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about next steps, whether that’s starting medication, improving focus, regulating mood, or building healthier routines. I take a collaborative, thoughtful approach, helping clients better understand their symptoms while aligning treatment with their goals, values, and lifestyle. This is a great fit for individuals who are open to medication management, curious about their mental health, and motivated to feel more balanced and in control.

Motivational Interviewing
I use a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to help clients explore ambivalence and build motivation for change. This is especially helpful when discussing medication decisions, lifestyle changes, and managing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I focus on meeting clients where they are and supporting them in making confident, informed choices about their care.
