Welcome! I believe therapy is a place to heal from past hurts, learn healthy behaviors, and recognize the strength you have to feel whole. The past 14 years I have had the pleasure to work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Choosing to seek help is a big step, and it is important to find the right therapist for you. It is my goal to provide a kind, compassionate atmosphere for you to feel comfortable. My practice is a place for those who seek refuge from stigma, which includes but is not limited to, LGBTQIA2S+, kink, ethical non monogamy, and sex worker communities.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen closely to your needs, concerns, and goals to understand how we can work together to create the change you're seeking. This session is also an opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and ensure you feel comfortable with the process as we begin building a strong, collaborative relationship.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My treatment methods include supportive therapy techniques, following the modalities of acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive- behavioral therapy, forward facing trauma therapy, and strengths based approaches. I believe through mindfulness, we are able to be present and engage in needed change and acceptance.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my ability to support my clients. I believe it is imperative for you to feel heard and accepted in treatment. You have to feel safe with your therapist to create change.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

LGBTQAI+, ethical non-monogamous, kink friendly, PTSD, spiritual abuse survivors, relationship issues, and sex/intimacy needs. Anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma.
