PMHNP, 6 years of experience
Hi! I'm a double board-certified Psych Mental Health and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I received my Master's from Johns Hopkins University in psych and the University of Pennsylvania for primary care and have been practicing for 6 years in primary care office and tele mental health service . I help patients struggling with their daily lives related to mental health disorders. I value holistic and culturally valued patient care.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss mental and medical histories and the issues that you are facing. We will come up with a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with patients with various medical and mental health disorders for the past 6 years. I've developed ways to emphasize holistic care and collaboration between patients and me to build treatment plans that align with the patient's goals and cultures.
I love working with patients of all ages. My clients are motivated to get better for themselves and their loved ones. I want my patients to thrive and enjoy their lives. Life can be overwhelming, but there are ways to feel better. I also want my patients to influence the situations that they are facing, not to be controlled by them.
Mental and physical health are influenced by many factors, including genes, lifestyle, diet, social history and environment. A holistic approach for mental health disorders are essential. Treatment plans are tailored to individual needs and preferences to enhance overall health and to empower individuals.

Dr. Do was attentive and compassionate throughout our session. She created a safe and supportive environment where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and concerns. She asked thoughtful questions to better understand what I was going through and to identify the areas where support was most needed. I appreciated how engaged she was during our conversation. I left the session feeling heard. I’m grateful for her guidance and will be actively working on the recommendations she provided.
