I am an LPC with 7 years of experience. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a warm, collaborative space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I specialize in working with teens and adults, empowering you with practical tools to cope with life's challenges while also fostering self-compassion and resilience. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are in your journey and helping you to take meaningful steps toward becoming the best version of yourself. I work from a holistic approach, both to identify current stressors and explore deeper patterns from your past. My goal is to help you understand what no longer serves you so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will begin with an introduction and brief history-gathering as we then focus on the specific challenges you're facing. We will discuss your goals and what you hope to get out of therapy so that we can ensure that we are making positive progress to get you where you want to be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider of 7 years, I feel that my warmth and compassion are two of my greatest strengths. I feel strongly that a therapist should empower the client to be the best version of themselves.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My clients are motivated to seek a positive change, overcome stressors, relationships, and thought patterns that no longer serve you, break the cycle of anxiety and depression that can be debilitating, and move forward with renewed confidence and self-esteem.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a treatment method that has some of the most research and evidence to back it up. It can be used to treat a wide array of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, etc. It is also very goal oriented with frequent, achievable goals to measure progress.

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy is a great tool to use for individuals struggling with self-esteem, life changes, depression, etc. The therapist and client are able to focus on the strengths of the client, look at what has helped them in the past, and focus on resilience and empowerment to overcome stressors.

Eclectic

Most of all, I utilize an eclectic approach. There is no one-size fits all treatment and I believe that it is important to be flexible and meet the client where they are. Some days that may necessitate a CBT approach while others may require a Strength-Based approach. By being fluid in my approach, I am best able to support the client in the present moment.
