I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 17 years of providing therapeutic interventions specializing in emotional self-growth.

Setting concrete measurable goals that will enable you to get beyond the self-doubt, confusion, and explore self-acceptance to begin a better sense of belonging and develop life goals.
I incorporporate an eclectic approach to therapy. Utilizing some of the following theoretical approaches; psycho-dynamic approaches, Behavioral therapy, Cognitive therapy, Humanistic therapy, Integrative or holistic therapy, solution-focused therapy and other techniques that are client centered and focus on the here and now.
The areas I feel are my biggest strengths in providing therapeutic interventions are helping clients understand their inner strengths and innate abilities to grow and overcome obstacles, to understand how past experiences, environments, traumas, challenges and every experience in our existence has shaped the present and future selves.
