My name is Ugochi Ekemezie. I am an ANCC certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I completed my BSN at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Teaneck and completed my MSN at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. As a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, my goal is to provide individualized and client-focused care utilizing an approach best suited for client stability and to improve client conditions.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then go through series of question and answer which will help me create a working diagnosis and plan of care to work through in follow-up sessions.
